Earning your PMP Certification is a commitment, and that’s why it is valuable. Do you have real-world project management experience? Great—you’ve finished the hardest part. Before you apply, make sure you meet one of the following criteria’s of PMP Certification requirements:
1st Criteria / Pre-req for Having PMP®
- 4 Year Degree in any discipline / Post Graduate Education
- 3 Years of experience leading projects
- 35 hours of project management education/training, which 1 World Training will provide you.
2nd Criteria / Pre-req for Having PMP®
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree
- 60 months of experience leading projects
- 35 hours of project management education/training, which 1 World Training will provide you.
Candidate you don’t meet either of the above criteria, can do Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any prerequisites for the PMP e-learning courses?
There are no prerequisites for the courses except familiarity with the PMBOK® Guide standard.
How long do I have to complete a PMI online course?
7 to 10 days. PMP online course access extends through the full life of the course. You will be able to return to your coursework at any time while active and may review or retake the content you have purchased any number of times.
If I fail the exam, can I take it again?
If you fail the exam on your first attempt, you can retake it two more times within your one-year eligibility period. Fees are associated with re-examination.$275 for PMI members and $375 for non-PMI members for each retake.
Are the PMP e-learning, online courses available in any language other than English?
PMP Self Paced e-learning courses are only available in English.
