The M_o_R Foundation Certification is suitable for individuals who want to demonstrate they have sufficient knowledge and understanding of issues concerning the identification, assessment and control of risks across all organisational perspectives and comprehend the main elements of the M_o_R framework (Principles, Approach, Processes, Embedding and reviewing) and how they support corporate governance.
The M_o_R Foundation Certificate is also a pre-requisite for individuals wishing to achieve the M_o_R Practitioner Qualification.

M_o_R Foundation is aimed at Business Change Managers, Programme and Project Managers, Risk Managers, Business, Programme and Project Support staff and managers, operational staff and managers. It is also relevant to staff and managers from other disciplines, particularly those responsible for establishing standards and/or integrating them with MoP®, MSP® and PRINCE2®.
Starting from 1 February 2022, exam vouchers for AXELOS Certifications, including M_o_R® Foundation (3rd Edition), will incorporate the corresponding Digital Core Guidance (eBook). The Core Guidance eBook acts as a valuable source for candidates in their day-to-day work, long after their exam has finished. It becomes available in the candidate’s PeopleCert account, upon exam purchase and the candidate is able to take advantage of several features available like annotation, highlighting, etc.
