About the course – Mastering PMP® project management processes
This course complements the PMP® certification training by providing more detailed descriptions of all project management processes. This is based on PMIs publication Process Groups: A Practice Guide.
The course will introduce you to the five process groups, namely initiating, planning, executing, ‘monitoring and controlling’, and closing. It will then take you through details of all forty-nine processes from the ten traditional knowledge areas such as integration, scope, schedule, cost, and so on.
50% of the PMP® certification exam questions are reserved for processes, of which half will be from predictive project environments which will be covered in this e-learning course. The agile and hybrid applications for these processes are covered in the main PMP certification training.
